NOORVERK - branding & identity

NOORVERK is a global marketplace for Nordic artisans, who make handcrafted unique items based on fine design traditions, craftsmanship and sustainability. On noorverk.com global shoppers buy Scandinavian handmade design directly from the artisans. In this design I wanted to show craftsmanship, clean design, a Scandinavian feeling, a belief in quality and include nature. I used images from the nature surrounding us in the Nordic countries, and colors was chosen to symbolize the foggy colors from the winter landskabes, the vibriant colors of fall and the crisp colors of summer and spring. noorverk.com is a multiuser platform, with apotential for a very mixed colors across the different item images in the shop, so the logo was made in simpel colors, to make it work along side all the different color styles form the artisans.
